These terms apply to the Quick Fare website and the Quick Fare Android app. Quick Fare is operated by Nexform AI, registered in England and Wales, company number 16972967, at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading or using Quick Fare you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. What Quick Fare is
Quick Fare is an information tool for private hire and rideshare drivers. It reads job offers as they appear on your phone and displays calculated figures — £ per hour, £ per mile, total time and total distance — with a verdict measured against minimums you set yourself. It also logs your trips, records your running costs and produces reports.
Quick Fare is Android only and is distributed exclusively through Google Play.
2. What Quick Fare is not
- It does not control your driver apps. Quick Fare is read-only. It does not accept jobs, decline jobs, tap buttons or automate any part of your driver app. Every decision is made by you.
- It does not guarantee earnings. Nothing in the app or on this website is a promise, forecast or guarantee that you will earn any particular amount, or more than you earn now.
- It is not a tax or accounting service. Quick Fare keeps records and exports them as a CSV file for your accountant. It does not prepare, calculate, check or file tax returns.
- It is not financial, legal or business advice. The figures shown are calculations based on the information available to the app.
3. Independence
Quick Fare is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or partnered with any rideshare, private hire or delivery platform. Any third-party names used are used only to describe which apps Quick Fare works alongside. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Your responsibilities
- You remain fully responsible for every job you accept or decline.
- You must comply with the terms of the platforms you drive for, with your operator's and licensing authority's requirements, and with all road traffic law. Using Quick Fare does not change any of those obligations.
- Do not interact with your phone while driving. Set Quick Fare up before you start and only look at your phone when it is safe and lawful.
- You must be at least 18 and a licensed driver to use Quick Fare.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backups of your data.
5. Accuracy
Quick Fare works from the information shown on your screen and from timings measured on your device. Figures may be affected by how a platform displays an offer, by changes to those platforms, by connectivity, by device performance and by rounding. We work to keep the calculations accurate but we do not warrant that every figure will be correct in every case. Always use your own judgement.
6. Subscriptions, trial and cancellation
- Quick Fare is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a subscription: £8.99 for one month, £22.99 for three months, or £69.99 for one year. Every plan includes every feature.
- Subscriptions are purchased in the app through Google Play, using your Google account. Nothing is sold on this website.
- You will not be charged if you cancel before the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Cancel at any time in your Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
- Prices may change. We will give reasonable notice before a change affects an existing subscription.
7. Support
The app includes an AI assistant that answers setup and troubleshooting questions and is available at any time. Queries it cannot resolve are passed to a person. We aim to respond promptly but we do not guarantee a response time from a human.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute Quick Fare or any part of it;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where law expressly permits it;
- Use Quick Fare to break the terms of any platform you drive for, or any law;
- Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Quick Fare working and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party apps change their screens from time to time and this may temporarily affect how Quick Fare reads offers. We may update, change or withdraw features. If we withdraw the service entirely we will give reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual property
Quick Fare, its name, logo, design and software are owned by Nexform AI. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own driving work, for as long as your subscription is active and you keep to these terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of earnings, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Quick Fare or from any decision you make about a job. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Quick Fare in that period.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using Quick Fare at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will flag material changes in the app or on this website. Continuing to use Quick Fare after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
